              Phi Bear
    The mascot of Alpha Phi, the
    "Phi Bear", is named after
    Ursa Major, the Great Bear,
    and was adopted in 1974.



 

 


Our History
Alpha Phi "Phacts"

Alpha Phi was founded at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC on February 6th, 1960.

The name of the chapter is Delta Alpha.

The sorority colors are Bordeaux and Silver. 

The mascot is the Phi Bear.

Our symbols are ivy and the big dipper.

Our flowers are the blue and gold Forget Me Not and fragrant Lily of the Valley.

Our Nickname is the "A Phi's".
